Prayer times & methods
Try another calculation method or fine-tune offsets in Settings if times differ from your masjid.
Location
Enable Location in System Settings, or switch off auto-detect and paste coordinates from Maps.
Athan & sound
Check volume in the app and system output device. Preview reciters in Settings to confirm audio.
Notifications
Allow notifications for Believer One under System Settings → Notifications, and enable per-prayer toggles in the app.
Purchases
Billing and receipts are handled by Apple. For purchase issues, use Apple Billing Support.
Troubleshooting
- Times look off: Confirm method, madhhab, and coordinates; apply small offsets to match local iqāmah.
- No menu bar icon: Check that Believer One is running; menu bar space may hide icons, so try reordering or freeing space.
- Location not updating: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services: ensure the app is allowed.
